T.H. BOOKS FOR KIDS
Dana from T.H. Books For Kids has posted a note on the boards sent to her by the hospital thanking everyone:
"Tyler, Dana, Bob and all,
Thank you so much for your wonderful visit to the hospital on Saturday, and for the incredible books that you brought to donate to the Child Life Program. I've heard over and over today how fantastic the visit was, how much the kids and families were touched by Tyler and by all of you. Tyler, you brought so many smiles to children as you played your music and showed the children and their families how you care. And thank you to all the fans who answered the call and sent in books for the children who spend time here in the hospital. We so appreciate all the time, effort and caring that you put into both the book drive and your visit to the hospital. You've really made a difference for a lot of children! Thank you so much! You are all awesome! You are welcome to come back anytime!!

You guys did such an amazing job collecting books and donations for the T.H. Books For Kid April Book Drive!!!!!! Check out the total below!

$2,053.00 (including $110 in gift cards)
672 English books
37 Spanish books
3 Chinese books
1 Russian book

With the money raised, T.H. Books For Kids was able to purchase the following books to fill a book cart for The Child Life Center at Sutter Memorial Hospital in Sacramento:
96 English books, 18 Spanish books, 15 Chinese books, 10 Russian books, 8 Polish books, 6 Hmong books, 2 Japanese books, and one each of these languages-Farsi, Hindi, Vietnamese, Madarin, and Korean.

With the left over money ($500) Tyler himself will be purchasing some books along with gift cards to give to the hospital.

Congrats to the following winners:
1st place with 1600 points goes to Mary Loe, she collected 160 books!
2nd place with 1590 points goes to Beth Schieferstine, she collected 159 books....so close!
3rd place with 848 points goes to Kate Maavich...she collected $548 AND sent in 30 books!
